On ground staff genuinely care about the children. Owner and management level are not so authentic in their understanding of running; maintaining or communicating with the parents or staff.
Situated in an old villa, the place is warm and welcoming. Not over crowded. Playground is reasonable but has a couple of safety concerns that over 2s can navigate.
Lack of procedures around managing poor behaviour and not a lot of management support around how to deal with hard situations.
The amazing staff are at the heart of this place.
Communication is lacking between parents and centre management. Staff come and go and as a parent, you're not aware of who they are or able to say good bye if they leave.
Natasha Middleton likes: Kids are content and have a lot of fun., Staff provide good variety of activities., Homely environment., Small number of children.
Natasha Middleton dislikes: Lack of communication with parents., No fun days; themes or excursions., Staff do not appear to be well supported or consulted in important decisions by management., One sleep room for everyone.
