Their staff lacked a moral compass by disrespecting regard for our child and parent’s needs and welfare.
We were extremely shocked and disappointed with Kimberley Daycare Centre due to their lack of empathy and disregard for common courtesy and just plain decency and respect for both our child and us as regular parents.
In the past when reading comments about day-cares, I would take things with a grain of salt, but I now understand why they received just 2 out of 5 stars rating and even then I think that is at least 1 start more generous than our experience.
I can genuinely say that we strive to be considerate, understanding. Unfortunately, same respect was not reciprocal or by no means what one would expect or at least hope for, especially when you are placing the trust of your child care into someone else’s hands. We even got second and third opinion form day care professionals in the industry to discover whether we did anything that was wrong, and the reoccurring feedback was shock of how and why Kimberly could have little disregard and treat respectable parents in such a way and cause so much duress.
It’s safe to say that we won't be going back.
