From the first enquiry over the phone, I was impressed. As a first time mum I had many questions i.e will my child sleep in their own bed, teacher to child ratio, food and nutrition. The answers I got were to a high standard of satisfaction. I mean, you're trusting this group of people with your taonga, to nurture and help grow and you want the best right? The transition was a breeze. I was invited to go the first couple of days. I loved the environment. Loved that they did karakia to bless their Kai, sung waiata from my childhood and taught their basic pepeha so I felt my girl would embrace her identity. Not only did the teachers make our girl feel at home, they also embraced us the parents. As a result of their teaching, nurturing in a safe environment our girls can talk clearly and hold very long conversations all because of the interaction, creating, exploring all that ABC has to offer. Thank you all for helping and continuing to educate our girls.
