Qualified teaching staff: 80% to 100% of teaching staff are qualified teachers (according to funding claimed from the Ministry of Education, last updated beginning of 2020).

We started at Phoenix after I looked for a new preschool for my daughter. It was a move I should have done a lot earlier - the staff are amazing, approachable and engaged with the children. The outdoor area is amazing - real grass and so much room! My daughter absolutely loves it there!

Phoenix preschool is a community based preschool which has amazing teachers, both my children attend and they always come home with lots of great stories of what they have done or learnt. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they are really focused on making and maintaining good relationships with families. They are creative with their planning and provide lots of engaging and exciting learning opportunities for the children. They are well resourced through an enthusiastic fundraising committee, and the centre is governed by volunteer parents who all want the absolute best for the centre.
