We chose The Ole Schoolhouse because we had heard great things about it and we have not been disappointed! I think it has exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of how much our son is learning every day. I felt anxious about the transition back to work and my introduction to the childcare world. But the management and staff have made it so easy. I honestly feel now that I worried for nothing. Our son loves going there, he loves the staff and he is making lots of friends. We really valued how the management let us have reduced hours at the start. That really helped us and we appreciated it hugely.

Best childcare experience to date

My son has been attending the Ole School House for 6 months now and I have had absolutely no concerns to date. With having an older child who has previous attended multiple daycares, I know this is rare.
The carers are all so kind and caring towards my son and I. He happily goes to them every morning with big smiles.
The in-house chef / cook is wonderful!!! serves a great balance of foods. (Has managed to get my son happily eating vegetables).
And the owners / administration staff have made my transition from another town to here smooth in regards to uncertain hours of attendance etc.
Over all the best experience of a daycare for our family to date!!

This was our first child's first daycare experience and we were anxious about this starting from only 6 months of age, however the staff at the ole school house made this an awesome experience for both us and our daughter. The staff are all genuinely loving and caring and showed great interest in all of the children at the centre. It was such a fun and happy place for children to be at with so many great experiences had there. We miss it a lot and only stopped going as we moved out of town. Ole Schoolhouse is a fantastic centre!! Thank you

Putting my son (at 11mths) in daycare was a scary time, but the wonderful staff at the Ole Schoolhouse made not only my son but myself and my husband feel welcome and supported. The way they cared for me, and sent me updates on my son during the day if he had been particularly upset when I left - which was just lovely to know that they were wanting to help keep my mind at ease. My son just loves it there, and has been making friends. The thing I like the most is that the staff GENUINELY care for and form bonds with the children.

Loving and nurturing second home

I put my son in the care of the staff at the Ole Schoolhouse just before his first birthday and during the transition process saw the tender care and concern the staff had for him and their genuine desire to ensure he was comfortable and happy. After a few weeks I can say with confidence that my son is very happy at the centre and is totally content in the presence of the friendly caring staff there. It's like his second home, an extended family for us both and I love how they have welcomed me coming in to breastfeed my son at lunch and before we leave in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend to others.
