Our decision to go back to full time work after the birth of our daughter was a tough one, but it was made easier because of April and Annies Nannies. We decided to put our daughter in full time care when she was 10 weeks old (50 hours a week/5 days) almost 2 years ago now and hiring April and the Team was the best decision we ever made. It's difficult for any parent to leave their child, but April ensured we were well catered for and our daughter well cared for, even picking her up recently when I was ill. Our daughter loves going to 'school' (as we call it) so much so that on the weekend she asks if she can go. April takes our daughter along with the other kids to playgroup and wonderful outings to expose her to different situations. We love getting the art she makes and hearing about her adventures.
We are so proud of her, she's grown into a caring, loving, smart and outspoken little girl. April and her family welcomed her with open arms and treat her as one of their own. Without April I don't think I could have done it. She has always been so accommodating and wise with her advice which is always welcomed. April, her family and the Annies Nannies team will always be a part of our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

When the time came for me to return to work, we put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that our son would have the best possible care. Our son has Down syndrome and we knew that we needed to find the right fit - someone who would understand the challenges that he faces and would be able to work with us around his developmental needs. We decided very quickly that the best option for our family was a home based carer and were thrilled to find April and Annie's Nannies.
April and Annie's Nannies have provided us with a friendly, supportive environment for our son. He has been in April's care since he was 12 months old (nearly four years ago) and has developed a very strong bond with her. He has also developed bonds with the other children in April's care, who show a caring and accepting attitude to him. April also gives our son the chance to attend playgroups with other children, as well as the awesome in home activities she provides. Nothing is ever a bother for April and Annie's Nannies and the care they provide has given me the ability to return to work, knowing that our son is happy and safe. I don't know that I would have been able to take this step without the support that this wonderful team provide. Annie's Nannies even attend the meeting we have with his Early Intervention Programme to ensure they fully understand his needs and can provide the required care to assist with his developmental goals. I often tell April that she has my son for life (or at least until he goes to school!!). Thank you April and Annie's Nannies - you are awesome!

Annies Nannies are a great bunch of people and provide an excellent service. Nothing is a problem. They are supportive and helpful in finding not only experienced and reliable nannies but also babysitting help, often at short notice.
We have been using their service for 5 years now and we have had the same nanny over that time. Our nanny Belinda is wonderful and our girls love her to bits. We tried the Daycare option initially but our 6mth old was always picking up viruses and spent most of the time coughing and snotty and so waking in the night more. We decided to change to a nanny and it has been great. It makes working much easier as if your child is sick the nanny still turns up rather than having then sent home from daycare. They get more attention and develop a lasting bond with their nanny. We highly recommend this service.
