I picked up my 2 year old on Friday evening who complained about a sort arm. The kindy notified me that they had picked her up to sooth her because she was crying. I took her home and noticed the next day that she was not really letting anyone touch her elbow.
We took her to medical care who did an X-ray and reported that her elbow was dislocated.
They put her elbow in a cast. I never took her back there again.
I reported the incident to the Ministry of Education and they got back to me 12 months later.... Shocking place.
Yenegh B likes: I liked Ophelia but the center was understaffed and they crew were overworked...
Yenegh B dislikes: I disliked the management.... the disconnect between the people making the decisions and the reality on the ground was huge..., I know it was bad because I was invited to join the board as a parent’s representative and I saw the h+s report being passed around and deferred from weak to weak... I even have a long email trail where nothing was being actioned.
