An absolutely wonderful centre

I feel that Honeybees is one of the best early childhood centres out there. Our older son attended shortly after they opened, and we absolutely loved it. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I feel that they really know our kids well as individuals. I’m pretty picky when it comes to early childhood education, having been an ECE teacher myself, and I believe Honeybees is top quality. Even though it is always busy with lots going on, the wonderful team maintain a sense of calm rather than chaos. I also appreciate the great quality food.
I have to admit that when our second child was old enough for childcare I tried to look for something a little closer to home, as that would have been easier for us. However there was simply nothing that came anywhere close the the quality offered at Honeybees.
I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.

I can not say a bad thing about this preschool, I am so lucky that my son has had the opportunity to become a Honeybee and if I have another I will sign them up with no hesitation. The teachers are just wonderful, friendly and caring, the food is amazing (I wish I was there for lunch every day) hats off to the chef :) Extremely happy to be part of the honeybees family, and recommend this preschool 100 times over.

A wonderful environment for our little girl. Couldn't wish for more!

Marissa, Alana and the team at Honey Bees are simply the best! We couldn't wish for any more. Our children have been to a number of daycares over the years and Honey Bees is by far the best. Heres why:
- A safe and stimulating environment for pre-school children - from the moment you walk in at the start of the day, the place feels 'alive' and humming with activities and fun.
- Intuitive, caring and attentive staff - the drop off isn't always the easiest experience and while we’ve found other daycares don't actively manage the handover, the staff at Honey Bees are always aware of this tricky time and use techniques to get your child ‘into the day’ and not worried about us leaving.
- The food - sounds like a small thing, but the food Honey Bees prepare is simply delicious. I love that my little one is having nutritious food, but also interesting and diverse flavours.
- In other daycare centres we’ve been to, it feels sometimes that your child is just a number. At Honey Bees, your child’s individuality is celebrated and nurtured.
- Throughout the day there are so many individual and team activities that are always happening. There’s so much choice. There’s also a very good balance between quiet time and busy time.
- We love the projects that the children work on, the regular ‘magic moments’ and updates that are emailed to us.
James Rangihika likes: That my child is treated like an individual and has a customised development plan. The staff are amazing!

When I first walked into Honeybees I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. The kids and teachers were all so happy and the cleanliness of the Centre was outstanding. Instantly I wanted my little one to attend Honeybees. The teachers are amazing with the children, always smiling and going the extra mile to make the children feel comfortable and at ease. My little one is nearly three now and she doesn't stop talking about Honeybees. Thank you Honeybees for been the best!
