A message to service providers: To register the full contact details of your ECE service, including your website and phone number, you need to send in your completed ECE service listing form
A message to parents and families: My ECE is not able to accept and respond to questions on individual ECE services or take bookings. You are advised to directly contact the ECE service you are interested in.
If you do not receive a personal reply to an email you have sent to My ECE - don't worry it will be read but all emails cannot be individually replied to. If your email is reporting a serious event such as child abuse and we have not responded, please resend your email and check your email address is correct.
- let us know of any change to detail shown on an ECE entry page e.g. if a service has had a change in name, a change in licence conditions, or ERO has put out a new report on it
